Larry just installed a cantilever slide gate for our gun club in a very rural part of Orange County Fl. Having searched for a fencing contractor over four months, I couldn't get other fence companies to even come out and give us a quote. I had just about given up on the idea of having a new gate when I finally got Secure Fence's contact info from a Google search. I called their number, and Larry answered right away. I explained our previous search for a fence contractor and what type of gate we needed, and Larry said he could come out that same day. Larry came after 5:00 PM, so not only did he come out the same day, he basically came out on his own time! I knew right away we had a winner. I went from not being able to find a fence company to having a reliable contractor in one phone call!
Larry gave us a very reasonable quote for the new gate. He gave us several options on fence material, but he only quoted the best hardware and operator. I was going to ask him to only give us the "good stuff", but he beat me to the punch. We cannot afford a gate operator that is cranky or prone to failure. I was familiar with the Liftmaster brand, so when Larry said he was going to use a Liftmaster DC operator, I knew he and I were on the same page.
Larry and his man Chris installed the new gate in the agreed-upon time-frame, coming out in two half-day shifts over two consecutive days. Including the visit from Larry's electrician, we had our new gate in three days!
The new gate looks and works great! Larry warranties his work for 12 months, but I don't think we're going to need him. The installation was very professional and thorough--absolutely TOP QUALITY!
